Brooke is a corporate communications leader-turned-digital-marketer. Formerly the Director of Corporate Communications for one of the largest privately held vacation ownership companies, she and her teams have led the brand communications strategy, development and execution of many large-scale resort and company acquisitions. Brooke designed the brand communications strategy and implementation for Orange Lake Resorts rebranding to Holiday Inn Club Vacations® in partnership with InterContinental Hotels Group.
Creating integrated strategies for travel and hospitality brands, Brooke specializes in brand marketing, including the development of brand architecture, brand messaging and brand identity.
Passionate about the power of messaging to move users into action online and an experienced Facebook Advertising tactician, in addition to managing our agency’s operations, Brooke leads our team’s strategy and execution of Facebook Advertising and targeting with our Big Data partners and is Facebook Blueprint Certified.
She led the company’s early adoption of social media engagement and online travel review response, winning the the company American Resort Development Association (ARDA) Gold in the category “Social Media Program” for the TripAdvisor Management Response program and placing as a finalist for the company’s Guest Blogger Program. She was also recognized as a Gold winner for the ARDA “PR/Communications Professional of the Year.”
Brooke holds a BA in English from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida and an MA in Literature from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida.
